Our Lawyer’s Trust Rapid Transfer service provides a convenient and cost-efficient payment method of transferring time-sensitive funds to trust accounts.
Rapid Transfers to Lawyer’s Trust Accounts can be made from any Scotiabank branch in Canada. The requesting party does not have to be a Scotiabank customer, but must be a lawyer or a representative from a lawyer/law firm’s office and be depositing to a lawyer’s Trust Account with Scotiabank.
The transfer is credited to the recipient’s trust account immediately and the advice, upon request, can be faxed to the recipient lawyer.
