Scotiabank was a proud participant in Data Privacy Day 2009. It was designed to raise awareness and generate discussion about data privacy practices and rights worldwide.
One of the primary goals of this second Data Privacy Day was to promote privacy awareness and education among teens. Data Privacy Day also served the important purpose of furthering international collaboration and cooperation around privacy issues.
