We began blueprinting Jenna's business by clearly understanding her financial situation and goals. Her discussion with a Scotiabank Small Business Specialist helped to isolate her needs and preferences, while also performing a quick analysis of her present financial situation.

Jenna's Blueprint report card displays 10 key results for her business, which we'll use to measure the cumulative impact of potential strategies and scenarios. In addition, Blueprint provides access to industry benchmark data which will allow Jenna to compare her results against industry standards.
