(1) Non-cumulative preferential cash dividends on Series 12-18 and 20 are payable quarterly, as and when declared by the Board of Directors, on the third last business day of each of January, April, July, and October in each year. The initial dividend for Series 18, if declared by the Board of Directors, will be payable July 29, 2008 and shall be $0.4315 per share. The initial dividend for Series 20, if declared by the Board of Directors, will be payable July 29, 2008 and shall be $0.1678 per share.
