TeleScotia® telephone banking gives you the freedom to bank 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any touch-tone phone in North America.

If you have a ScotiaCard™ with at least one Scotiabank account linked
to it, you can sign up for TeleScotia telephone banking by calling one of our toll-free numbers today.

  • Pay bills and transfer funds between accounts (post-date by up to one year)

  • Only you can obtain your account information once we confirm both your ScotiaCard number and self-selected Access Code. And as an added security feature, you can change your Access Code at anytime to further protect your account information.
  • Know that Scotiabank will never present you with unexpected telephone calls or emails asking for your Access Code, Personal Identification Number (PIN), credit card, account numbers, etc.
  • Do not divulge your TeleScotia Access Code to anyone and report any suspicious requests to Scotiabank immediately at 1-800-4SCOTIA.
