Global Risk Management (GRM) Associate Program

  • What to Expect

    The CPA Student Development Program is a 30-month rotational program providing exposure to audit, financial reporting, accounting policies and tax, across rotations in Internal Audit (12 months) and Global Finance (18 months). It’s a challenging and  rewarding leadership development program, across diverse cultures with hands-on experience. Once complete, you’ll have the necessary skills to successfully transition your career Scotiabank. Throughout the program, you’ll have in-class and online learning resources to support your development, as well as work-integrated learnings. You’ll also work closely with the Program Director to build a customized program based on your skills, interests and business needs.
