Overview

Our Investment Banking Analyst/Associate Program is designed for students completing an undergraduate or graduate degree. During the program, you’ll work in a dynamic and challenging work environment, where you’ll execute a broad range of transactions, including client presentations, financial modeling, and research.

During this time, you’ll evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, including the development of financial models. You’ll  prepare marketing materials and presentations, as well as support transaction structuring and execution efforts — all with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability. You’ll also learn to identify and develop business opportunities with clients.

Global Risk Management (GRM) Associate Program

Does this sound like you? 

  • You're enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate degree or MBA/relevant master’s degree (including STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)

  • You have a proven record of outstanding achievement in academic and extracurricular activities

  • You have a clearly defined interest in Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions

  • You've demonstrated exceptional quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory

  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills

  • What to Expect

    As an Analyst/Associate in Investment Banking, you’ll participate in the Capital Ideas Program, a two-week orientation program that introduces participants to our culture, people, products, services, and provides comprehensive training in valuations and financial modelling. The program will ensure you gain experience in managing and cultivating client relationships, while working on deals and pitches across a variety of industry sectors. Throughout the program, you’ll be exposed to many departments, such as Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Banking and Corporate Solutions, all while receiving ongoing feedback, advice, and mentorship.
