Overview

The International Associate Development Program (IADP) is a leadership development program unlike any other. Designed for Spanish speaking MBA students, the program will enable you to build on your leadership skills. You’ll experience several areas within International Banking in an accelerated and distinctive leadership program to enable you to confidently take on senior management/leadership roles. The program provides practical, hands-on experience in four 6-month rotations in Retail Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Systems, Operations and Shared Services or Finance. One of your 6-month rotations will be in a Latin American country. Once complete, you’ll have the necessary skills to successfully transition as a seasoned leader.

Global Risk Management (GRM) Associate Program

Does this sound like you? 

  • You're completing your MBA degree and have 3 to 5 years of professional experience

  • You’re fluent (reading and writing) in Spanish

  • Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/external partner relationships

  • You have a strong demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus 

  •  You possess strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • You  demonstrate flexibility when adapting to constantly changing environments

  • You possess excellent self-awareness and the ability to grow through feedback

  • You have the flexibility to stay in Canada after the program is completed

  • What to Expect

    The IADP Program offers a dedicated program manager who provides constant mentorship, coaching, and development, and will ensure your successful transition in and out of rotations, while preparing you to complete  the program and launch your career as a leader in International Banking. Throughout the program, you’ll have in-class and online learning to support your development, as well as work-integrated learnings. 

    You’ll also work closely with the Program Director to build a customized program based on your skills, interests and business needs. Through special programs, and collaboration with local and international offices, you’ll develop a solid understanding of International Banking and gain   extensive knowledge of our global clients and business.
