Stakeholders are important to the Bank’s CSR progress. Ongoing, two-way dialogue with our stakeholders helps prioritize issues of greatest concern both to the Bank’s business and to society. The Bank conducts formal engagement sessions as well as ongoing informal stakeholder dialogue.
