The Business Service Centre (BSC) is an important member of your Relationship Coverage Team. It is a Centre of highly skilled
and knowledgeable employees dedicated to serving the day-to-day needs (excluding deposits, withdrawals, cash and coin) of
Business Banking clients over the phone, and by fax and e-mail.
There are six Business Service Centres across Canada that service all business clients (with the exception of Small Business clients): Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.
