• 1. This Scotiabank^® SCENE^® * Bundle Offer (the “Bundle Offer”), includes both the 1000 SCENE Points Offer and the 5000 SCENE Points Offer, and is available starting May 1, 2017 (the “Offer Date”).
• 2. You must be a Canadian resident and SCENE member to be eligible for the Bundle Offer.
• 3. Limit of one Bundle Offer per customer.
• 4. To receive the entire Bundle Offer, you must meet all terms of both the 1000 SCENE Points Offer and the 5000 SCENE Points Offer, set out below. If you only meet the terms of the 1000 SCENE Points Offer or the 5000 SCENE Points Offer, you will still be awarded the applicable bonus points under each offer.
• 5. For joint bank accounts, only the named primary account holder will be awarded bonus SCENE points.
• 6. To receive any bonus SCENE points, all eligibile accounts must be open and in good standing at the time the bonus SCENE points are being awarded.
• 7. Bundle Offer applies to personal accounts only. Not available to small business, corporate or commercial accounts.
• 8. Scotiabank may change, withdraw or cancel this Bundle Offer (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

1000 SCENE Points Offer (the “1000 SCENE Points Offer”)

• 9. You will receive 1000 bonus SCENE points when you become the holder of all three eligible accounts, including a new SMSA that is opened on or after the Offer Date.
• 10. Individuals who had an SMSA prior to the Offer Date are ineligible for this 1000 SCENE Points Offer.
• 11. To receive the 1000 bonus SCENE points, you must have completed all terms of this 1000 SCENE Points Offer within 60 days from the date that you first become eligible for the Bundle Offer. You will first become eligible for the Bundle Offer when you have opened a new eligible account on or after the Offer Date.
• 12. The Bonus 1000 SCENE Points Offer will be awarded to your SCENE membership account within 2-3 statement cycles of the account open date of the last of the three eligilble accounts that you opened as required under the terms of this 1000 SCENE Points Offer.
• 13. You are not eligible for this 1000 SCENE Points Offer if, prior to the Offer Date, you were already a holder of all three eligible accounts.

5000 SCENE Points Offer (the “5000 SCENE Points Offer”)

• 14. You will receive 5,000 bonus SCENE points on your SCENE membership account if:
1. you have all three eligible accounts and at least one of those eligible accounts was opened on or after the Offer Date;
2. within 60 days of opening your first eligible account on or after the Offer Date, you set up on your bank account:
   • a. 1 pre-authorized payroll deposit; or
   • b. 2 pre-authorized transactions of at least $25 each,
     
     where a “pre-authorized transaction” means a pre-authorized debit or a pre-authorized credit; and
3. the payroll deposit or both pre-authorized transactions, as applicable, clear the bank account within 60 days of opening your first eligible account and, thereafter, at least once per month for eleven (11) consecutive months.

• 15. You are not eligible for this 5000 SCENE Points Offer if, prior to the Offer Date, you were a holder of all three eligible accounts and/or already had a pre-authorized transaction set up on your bank account.
• 16. The 5,000 bonus SCENE points will be added to your SCENE membership account 2-3 statement cycles after all terms of this 5000 SCENE Points Offer are completed and the first pre-authorized transaction has cleared your bank account.
