Scotiabank Supports Autism Awareness

April is Autism Awareness Month

Nassau, The Bahamas, April 6, 2016 – Scotiabank is supporting Autism Awareness Month – observed each April in The Bahamas and around the world – by making a donation to Resources and Education for Autism and Related Challenges (REACH).

"At Scotiabank, we want to help young persons in the community become better off" said Maxine Seymour, Manager, Public & Corporate Affairs, Sponsorships & Philanthropy, Scotiabank. "We are proud to partner with REACH and we applaud them for creating opportunities that will help young persons with autism achieve their full potential."

REACH is the local support and advocacy group championing autism awareness. Autism is a growing health concern in The Bahamas.
