Building Your Business Plan description:

A Business Plan is essential to guide your business growth and to obtain financing. In this informative seminar, you’ll learn why a plan is so important, discover the ingredients of a great plan, learn how to build one step-by-step and find out how to establish clear goals for your business.

Cash Flow Workshop description:

Proper cash flow management is critical to your growing business. Learn what influences the amount of cash coming in and out of your business every day, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, payment terms and “unexpected” expenses. In this workshop, you’ll also learn how to set up a sample Cash Flow Spreadsheet for your own business.

Presenter:

Roger Pierce is passionate about training entrepreneurs. Co-founder of Canada’s largest small business training company called BizLaunch, he’s launched nine small businesses of his own and trained entrepreneurs around the world. Roger is also the Entrepreneurship Columnist for The Toronto Sun.
