Use your ScotiaCard to purchase travel tickets on a common carrier such as an airplane, ship, train or bus and you are automatically covered for US $20,000 in case of accidental death while traveling. Plus, you are protected from loss of cash, loss or damage of personal belongings or for accidental death as a result of an assault when you use your ScotiaCard at any ATM machine anywhere in the world.¹
