Scotiabank Helps send Olympians to China

Scotiabank made a gift of US.$2,500 to help send two Athletes to represent St. Maarten at the Special Olympic Games in China in 2007. In addition Scotiabank donated $500.00 to purchase Bumper Stickers supporting the event.

The St. Maarten athletes at the Special Olympics brought home 2 silver and one gold medals! We, Scotiabankers believe in this noble event and are indeed very proud to have the opportunity to make this contribution to the Special Olympics said Mr. Elie Bendaly, Country Head of Scotiabank St. Maarten.
