TRADEXPRESS® ExportDoc is a PC-based software package that simplifies the preparation of documents assembled by the seller for presentation under letters of credit, documentary collections or open account transactions.
Efficient and User-friendly
TRADEXPRESS ExportDoc minimizes the cost and time required to produce export documents by drawing information from existing data and copying it into a worksheet. Access historical information easily and print more than 23 different documents onto plain paper no specialized forms are required.
- Choose from three languages: English, French and Spanish. All screen and document text, with the exception of specific government documents, is presented in the language of your choice
- Build templates for routine shipments. Each export is assigned a unique reference number that can be recalled later for similar shipments
- Reduce errors that can occur when you copy information from document to document. Previous export templates can be saved and used for new and repeat business. The government documents that are generated generally meet official requirements
- Enhance accuracy with the online help feature, which takes the guesswork out of filling in necessary fields. The correct codes are stored in drop-down tables, so time isn't wasted searching for the correct forms
- Use the built-in catalogue to store your product information by product number. You can use this data in other programs, such as FoxPro or dBASE
- Include your company logo and signature graphic on your documents and use the address book to store information on clients and brokers. You can access this information from your worksheet
- Send documents electronically. The documents you create are displayed as JPEG thumbnails
